Site Mission Statement

Chadian Community website is a new innovative way to communicate among the members; it is created by Chadian Association for Integration (CAI). The site is a first step of its kind in terms of information, content and seeks to reach and target a wider audience. The site aims to become the first port of contact for authoritative, relevant, culturally appropriate, accessible and accurately translated information on issues of interest to the Chadian community and others interested in or working with the community. It also aims to act as a powerful tool that promotes the rights of and provides a voice for Chadian leaving in UK .

The site aims to inform and empower Chadian Community their rights and responsibilities and to stimulate and encourage a dialogue with others communities, service providers and trusts. The site aims to create a bridge of mutual understanding between communities and contribute to community cohesion and help to integrate good citizenship.

It aims to empower the Chadian community to influence and contribute to the development of policies and services that affect their lives.  The site aims also to provide Chadian with help to reduce poverty in connection with their country of origin.   The site also aims to build a bridge and connect them with their background and history of their country of origin.

Our mission is to help the Chadian Community strive towards becoming, educationally stronger, economically, achieving higher expectation, mentally & physically healthier, socially more confident, professionally better skilled, politically more powerful, culturally more respectful, towards others and themselves, and above all better integrated within the mainstream society.

Aims& Objectives

To relieve poverty, particularly amongst persons of Chadian origin in UK , by the provision of advice, information and support in the area of welfare benefits, health, housing, jobs and training.To advance education particularly of persons of Chadian origin in the UK, by providing language and literacy classes, and by the promotion of the educational needs of Chadian origin citizens within the host Community, and working in close tie with others partners.
